Appendix C - 25Live Scheduling Access

To allow members of a security group to log into the 25Live Scheduling mobile application, search for events, and view event details (including any assigned locations and resources), set the group’s functional security permissions to the following, at minimum:

Events: Events
Searches and Master Definitions: Event Search	Can view, run, create and save event searches
Tasks, Reports, and Email: Report Access	Can view and generate reports
Locations: Location Access	Can view, Locations tab appears in 25Live
Resources: Resource Access	Can view, Resources tab appears in 25Live
Organizations: Organization Access	Can view, Organizations tab appears in 25Live
Contacts: Contact Access	Can view

To allow members of a security group to perform more actions using 25Live Scheduling—search for locations, search for resources, and/or view and complete tasks—set these additional functional security permissions to the following:

Searches and Master Definitions: Location Search	Can view, run, create, and save location searches
Searches and Master Definitions: Resource Search	Can view, run, create, and save resource searches
Tasks, Reports, and Email: Task List	Can view and act on items in their 25Live Task List
